i always see others frown when they're asked to put on a mask which contains of collagen inside, cause' they think that they're young enough and do not need collagen at all. well, if you think you can't have ageing skin yet in your 20s or early 30s, then you're wrong, completely wrong. it's the matter of how you treat your skin that determine your youthfulness of skin, not the age. remember that.

your skin would start to lose its collagen, its elasticity and so forth if you exposed yourself to sunlight too frequently and you would start to notice that your skin starts to become so dull and dry and whatsoever. of course, it's not only the sunlight that causes the problem, smoking counts too. this is because cigarette smoke can cause your skin to become so dry and start to age eventually since your vitamin C inside your body had already been depleted by the cigarette smoke. so, moral of the story - stop smoking if you want to have a healthy skin :)

well, lack of sleep could have worsen the case too, especially to all the females. you should know the consequences of this right? eye bags, dark circles, zombie look. tsk tsk tsk. sounds scary right? i have dark circles issue and i wanted to get rid of it, so much, to the maximum.

oh, too much alcohol drinks will lead to broken vessels on your face too. so, does it explain your problem? if it does, stop drinking too much of alcohol. it helps k.

as we said, it's easier to prevent rather than repair. here's my prevention :)
